Thomas, Judy & Tucker is proud to announce the promotion of Thomas R. Crawford Jr. to the position of Tax Partner. Thomas has been with the firm since 2012. His primary focus is on commercial construction contractors, manufacturing/distribution companies and clients working in real estate and land development. Thomas has expertise in complex transactional work, mergers and acquisitions and family succession planning. He spends much of his time serving as an advisor to privately-held companies and their owners.
Thomas will continue to be supported by the 100+ employees of TJT working in both our Raleigh and Durham offices. TJT Managing Partner Chris Judy sees the addition of Thomas to the partner group as an obvious choice. “Even at a relatively young age, Thomas has the professionalism and technical expertise critical for long-term success in this industry. We are very excited about his future contributions to the firm.”
Thomas is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Accounting from NC State University. Thomas is currently active as a Young Leader with the Urban Land Institute Triangle Chapter and is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.
Thomas is married to Michelle Crawford and they have two children, Rowan and Macy. The Crawfords are expecting their third child in June.
