TJT Opens Wilmington Office
TJT is excited to announce the opening of an office in Wilmington, North Carolina. TJT has hired Maggie Ashburn as partner to lead our team in Wilmington.
Ashburn has seventeen years of public accounting experience, serving clients based in southeastern NC and throughout the country. Ashburn is a former treasurer of the NC Coastal Land Trust and the Historic Wilmington Foundation, and a graduate of Leadership Wilmington. She provides tax planning and tax compliance services, with industry focuses on residential and commercial construction, real estate development, and manufacturing. Her specialized tax experience includes planning with targeted partnership allocations, calculating Section 199A deductions, and accounting for business asset sales and acquisitions. TJT’s managing partner Chris Judy says, “We feel blessed to have Maggie’s experience, passion and talent as we grow and expand our reach in the Wilmington market.”
The TJT office is located at 4010 Oleander Drive–a location offering convenience to clients. Maggie is excited for the opportunities ahead: “Embarking on a new path as a TJT tax partner, opening an office in Wilmington, and continuing to practice public accounting have all been rewarding so far in 2021.
