Kristen has been with Thomas, Judy and Tucker P. A. since 1998 and has more than twenty-two years experience in public accounting.

Kristen has worked in the tax arena over the years and oversees the non-profit practice within the firm.

Kristen was recently named one of the Triangle's Impact Leaders from professional service firms in 2009 by Business Leader Magazine. She is involved with many community organizations including Raleigh Professional Women's Forum, YWCA of the Greater Triangle, and Good Shepher Lutheran Church. Kristen is a member of AGNs national Not-for-Profit core team. This group coordinates CPE and training related to not-for-profits.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from S.U.N.Y Brockport in 1987. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Kristen is a North Carolina-licensed CPA.
